ACB, how much would prices have to fall to justify buying and selling back in?
You are burning anywhere between 10 and 20 percent in the sell/buy process.
Not to mention the time involved in both selling and buying.
It always amazes me when people talk about buying and selling properties like they're talking about a penny stock.
