re: Ann: Rating Agency Release - Standard and... Rio Tinto has completed its $15.2 billion rights issue, providing much improved liquidity
and lowering leverage.
We are raising the long- and short-term corporate credit ratings on the group to
‘BBB+/A-2’ from ‘BBB/A-3’.
The outlook is stable.
