I have high regards for A2M fresh milk operations team as the kind of focus they have for productivity improvement and other deliverables is impeccable. Synlait is pretty focused as well, although not as productive.
My portfolio is bleeding as of now because of A2M, still pretty confident that A2M will be back in green soon.
I have dealt with many of the other food and beverage manufacturers since many years, although I consider A2M as the reference site wrt the operations team engagement and OEE they achieve at their site.
I think that the culture at shop floor is good metric for internal Organisations health and leadership competence. I am happy about what I am seeing for now, so holding on…
