Opportunity cost loss comes into play. I've seen this happen over the years. All I want to do is increase my position in RCE and not put further capital into the markets.
If I would have gone with my gut 4 months ago and did this, I would have about 3x more RCE.
Timing the market is very hard but I feel a few other opportunities are staring me in the face and I can trim a portion and re enter with a bigger holding.
