Just for the records: Bayan deliberately ignores the freeze order made by the Supreme Court of WA with the commencement of mining on the TA concession that belongs to Kangaroo Resources.
The Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA) entered into force on 5 July 2020. There is a clear legal framework that could suspend mining operations on the concession in question. I do not think that White Managers let Bayan go away with this action.
