I know exactly what you mean. But you have to consider that you'll miss a big run up. If you wait for the clinical results the price will gap up and be priced in. (as in you'll pay a premium) If you are overexposed to a single stock I can understand your frustration and wanting to diversify of course. There's no guarantee that any capital you invest elsewhere will do any better too. Hindsight makes any decision easy of course! these are the questions which we ask ourselves all the time as investors
