I am sure he did not want it made public but I received my information in a lead article in the Australian Financial Review and Tech Laden posted about an email with him in the last couple of weeks and his burns were healing well 5 months after the event. So to shut up rumour mongers who imply things about a brilliant individual who has brought the business side of things to this point restating publicly available information seems appropriate.
