    No Doubt the Chinese are holding things up as they have seen to do for a while now. However I think it sounds positive that they are mentioning that they are working on a deal with Shougang. We have already been told they have not got exclusive rights now so I doubt there would have been a need for a trading halt if there wasn't any deal being done. Let's hope the RIO drama doesn't mess it up.
