Ya it's actually 39.9925 or 40% in effect and what they ( one of the media ) reports had already stated. ( 19.9 % x 75 % + 25% = 39.9925% ( 40 ) )
And yes that its what my post is claiming. That they HAVE to go now to get themselves set correctly on the Deal Documentation before it goes before the Court. So I believe I did state this should be a major positive a few times in my post.
