I find it very demeaning when institutional and retail investors are treated differently. Why didn't we (retail holders) get a piece of the discounted cake? What is different about those institutional guys that entitle them to the discount? I have liked much of what the management has done so far. But this does not sit very well with me (cause it comes from an underlying mindset that will surf again and again)
