Reinforces the view that someone is tryng to cap the share price with short selling, phanton bids, etc. It is in STO's interests to keep it down, pending their next move. It may also be in the interests of other players here. It is certainly not some mug short selling half a million shares to try a make a few bucks.
The late buying today may have have been some short covering.
Time will tell.
