Yes it is...prior art. The point the examiner is making that dissolving is a part of the normal art of mixing a suppository even if the word used in the IP is admixture. Can't believe all this hope of investors in NOX hinges on an argument over a word. Who knows they may yet convince them that is new and inventive but so far it has all been up hill. I still wait and watch.
