As for Isaiah 55:11 I think there is a certain inevitability that the Will of G.d will come to pass. We will get beyond todays politics and national intrigues, but this is still a long way off and will require a concerted effort by people of good will.
So this coming to an end that you preach will be the result of humans working for the betterment of humanity using the best of moral and spiritual rectitude to overcome the present system of things which has now failed us at the social, political and religious level. G.d's intervention comes in the form of educated humans of high moral and spiritual persuasion. It will not happen by sitting on your hands waiting for G.d to act.
G.d gives us the tools and we act. There is no other way this works.
