I hope your right finc but we needed Posco funding govt approval confirmation to move it from 14c to 19c along with a new broker report that valued BKT 2-3 times higher. I'd be surprised new investment money turning up now wanting to buy in around 10% from its highs and 3 of the the 4 announcements yet to be sorted - (with expectations these would be completed by June 30 )-the Posco 20m pre payment might give it a bump if that can be finalised but I cannot see big buyers taking the risk on up here with the Tanzanian free carry seemingly having a number of items outstanding, and negotiations entering their 2nd year. hope I'm wrong ! and you are right ! but that's my thoughts
