With regard to the railway, he is referring to Koolanooka. The loadout is still there with a rail track running through. It joined the railway at Tilley, where the new siding is. However, it was a developmental railway with 30 kg rail (the Pilbara uses 68 kg) and was rated at 16 tonne axle. It is also 1067 gauge where the Pilbara uses 1435 (QR coal lines are 1067 gauge). It is being upgraded but will need a large amount of work to get it to the capacity required. But as GD said, that is an issue for WestNet Rail to resolve.
