Bringing a product to commercialisation requires huge amounts of capital (for starters, research and development followed by capex to facilitate production) hence the word... PRODUCT...

BNPL is a SERVICE... basically making user experience more enjoyable and flexible to their needs..

Now which do you think is able to scale faster and grow their revenues within say a 3-year period?.... then ask yourself again whether your statement is valid...
