It is futile , IMO, to hurl personal insults at one another when
offering a reasoned opinion on the likely outcome of
the next Comm election. This could be an interesting topic
and allow free and fair discussion about the state of
the nation, what the major parties' policies are and
will these policies likely remedy the problems
facing Aus now and into the future?
Now wouldn't such civilised discussion be in
accord with HC's aims, be educational
and useful....eh?
So to have a sensible political discussion on the
merits/demerits of the respective parties' policies
we'd have to agree on what Aus problems are
and if/and whether they need remedying and, if so, which
policies would likely produce the best outcomes.
This is a political thread and, IMO, this is what
political blogging should be all about, not name
calling/defaming and being generally nasty to
oneanother...eh?
