Just checked new PDS.
Performance fee still 20% & brokerage unchanged at $30 + 0.4% or 1.28% (all + GST).
Exit brokerage $5+ GST or $5.50.
Effective date 11th June according to document.
I'm going to email OnMarket to confirm these T&C's apply to all investors including early adopters, will update on anything I receive.
