Warnie, wrong, what a surprise?

You have said $500pw rent for a 428k house. I would really like to know where you got those figures from.

I got mine from an actual report, which states rent is $100 cheaper. Even after the recent rises in rents and drop in house prices it still works out cheaper to rent, go figure.
