    I don't think many people are upset about the loss of ATSIC Yak.
    Even most ATSI people are happy to see it go as it never did them much good.

    The corruption and waste in ATSIC was well known for many years but nothing was done about it.
    The federal government and public servants let things reach this stage.....why ??
