It wont. These are quoted options so already factored into the SP. Basically directors only get a financial benefit once they are above the strike price or (i think) if the company gets sold. It's a 'loan' but more or less its just a long term option if a price point is hit

In reality this is an equity based bonus. It's worth something, but not unless the company performs well and the SP appreciates so we're giving up equity to the directors (as payment for their services) but on the proviso the share price appreciates.
