Now that doesn't detract from the future of clean power. There is certainly a drive from world leaders to look LIKE they are doing something and I know they will embrace technologies that back up their political needs. For this reason the likes of ECT could very well be successful but let's not pretend that Rudd has any sort of influence at all on the likes of the US, India and China.
