yes, commsec does not allow trading if you are living overseas, somehow my phone logged in commsec 3 times in my pocket and i had to reset password through call center and they told me this. i cant trade anymore on commsec, luckily i had an openmarkets account still, now they call it opentraders. commsec had a more friendly user interface before, especially watchlist, but now opentraders is not far behind after many updates these few years. so i transfer all my shares to opentraders and until i physically show up at a commonwealth bank branch, i cant use commsec
