"NSW is littered with failed solar thermal plants.". ...... really? Where are they? Last time I checked last year there was only one in Aus and that was supplying a commercial hydroponic farm with desalinated water and other energy needs back of Port Augusta SA.
Where are all the solar thermal plants that "litter" NSW?
