So the amount Mayne will receive is probably not much more than US$100/month supply at best. By the time manufacturing on costs, marketing costs, licensing costs plus royalties are considered, Mayne Pharma deserves a decent price and margin while it is free from generic competition through its patent protection. Yaz now has generic product competition which are heavily discounted.
