I lost any belief in political titular gongs years ago.
To add insult to injury I have to bear a couple of pompous self serving types a couple of streets away who got AOMs for nothing more than talking themselves up to the right people and making a healthy living out of their charity works that deliver no dividends and service to the yarts. One fella was smart enough to identify as first nations without a skerrick of genetic or physical proofs, but obviously considered a remarkable triumph for a suppressed native and true son of Australia.
