gbb there was a good half a dozen questions asked you seem to have midded. But yet you chose to answer this one. However it seems to lack credibility. Allow me to offer why. I am actually a big suprised youd expect anyone to believe this.

So the concern of a 6om pit full of water is mitigated by the tide going up and down 2 meters?? I suspect what this actually means is the top two meters of overflow comes in and out with the tide so the bridge remains above water
Clearly this 1) Doesnt help 90% of the water in the pit ask focused 2) Answer to how it will all be removed 3) Answer to what treatments will be undertaken to the water 4) Answer to how the thorium will be removed from the water 5) Answer to where the water comes from as its filled up 6) Answer to how the water will be removed during operation and treated before reeturn to the ocean (eg treatment or tailings store 7) How many years did it take your other operation to get its ML and therefore a good indication on how long EPM may take.
The tailings am would need to be massive and with the sea flowing in and pumping it out how much of the more poisonous soluble resource will be lost and damaging marine life if there was no treatment intended. These are more pressing questions then a top 2m of overflow and I cant understand why youd try give such a nonaddressing answer with all these more important questions needing to be answered.
As if they arent answered you can see the operation would be concerning and costly
By the way why did you sell this mine again if it had the REE potentials you mention. Could you not have added them to your own stockpiles for shipping? Or was there another element you didnt like that as in Jefferies report he posted suggested 3 buyers have walked away from this mine as well and therefore they too may be aware where a problem may exist. Could it be in the thorium perhaps? What do you think about the thorium entering the sea as you dig beyond that 50m mark?
