IMO the words used in his email & references being stated by the Co in the past, as far as I am concerned the email by Tony "all sold" it that all the chips have been allocated to the EAP customers by the way of an agreement/contract in the initial fee of $50 K & that's where the term "all sold" comes from as they obviously have something in the contract stating that they receive a chip to implement in their product & obviously technical support in that fee, & it's not a new revenue with another entity otherwise the would have to disclose the sale contract .. & that's how I interpret the whole fiasco that being ridiculously discussed on here...
