As per my previous post, for every vote cast there is a paper ballot so if the machines were flipping votes the hand count of paper ballots would not match the machine tally. The paper ballot hand count did match the machine count.
But let that not get in the way of the conspiracy theory and opportunity to pull in more donations.
If any one is genuine about finding fraud they only have to look at how Trump sucked so many people in to handing over donations
