The directors themselves have moved on.
I have no real word experience in how the ACCC deals with these issues (or even if it's their job to deal with whatever you think has gone down) but I'd imagine it would be an expensive exercise. I'd also imagine that if the directors themselves have acknowledged and moved on, the ACCC isn't going to give much weight to a couple of disgruntled holders.
So do you plan to take on Australian Super, PLS, LNH, and whoever else you think has done wrong, all by yourself?
