Presumably US$130M buys 50% of the part of the project not owned by the Malian government ie. 40%.
It's AU$168M project capital. They provide access to another US$40M.
Presumably FFX market cap should increase by at least $168M based on this. But the certainty of project finance and the big off take is worth much more.
