EMPG and FDV could easily SPAC Zameen in the US. Asia increasingly a hunting ground for assets. Already seen ASEAN ride sharing company Grab list and has been continued rumours surrounding private equity backed Property-Guru which is more relevant comparison to Zameen. Bloomberg article put the Guru valuation at 2bn USD. Guru tried to IPO in Aus a couple of years back but failed to reach valuation target so was pulled, at the time was forecasting revenues of approximately 85m AUD. Zameen will probably do 50m AUD this year and is growing much faster than Guru. Could easily be worth a Bil!
