    It came to me in a flash, why they did it. This is what I think. The $10 million receivable is good. Rather than put it back into the CVI accounts, the CVI management has transferred it to a third party, using the "coal" stratagem. It wont be used to trench and drill CVI's exploration leases. It will leave CVI and go to, well, who knows. What do other readers think?
