Absolutely - the CFO was responsible for completing the Form 484 shareholding reports or both himself and Castagna as he also had the role of Company Secretary. He was around in 2011 when Castagna's shares were first added to the share register. When what appears to be at least shoddy paperwork led to adverse media coverage and perhaps even be related to the AFP investigation of Castagna, it's hardly surprising that he cleared his desk out when the news broke.
