    Royalty Conditions Precedent:
    Conditions Precedent must be satisfied by
    5:00pm 18 June
    (unless agreed to in writing between parties)

    And:

    Exclusivity
    Until 18 June 2021

    Also MTC holders may get more WR1 shares than first thought.....
