I notice that The Shortman site shows that as at 8/6/21,BRN was no. 91 on the top 100 ASX shorting list with 2.17% (35.96 mil) share being held by shorters, which is up from 0.04% (0.9 mil ) on 16/3/21. List is always 4 to 5 days earlier than current date so figs will have changed, hopefully downwards.
Hope they get burnt, but I guess everyone has a different approach to making money,
