If you are referring to me, no I am not wrong. I originally was under the impression that all the shares were escrowed but that is not the case, the only shares that are escrowed are those of the 'Related Party Vendors'. Funny having my post moderated for "Unsubstantiated information" when it is actually completely substantiated and in the 'Notice of General Meeting' document.
I hope this makes it clearer:
