i think we look at it in a positive light that management are treating retail holders with some respect. Most companies don't give a rats about retail holders, so whilst small raise its the sentiment that i think is positive. $500k could have been gobbled up by any of the instos. the price and terms are the same as the insto raise.
i think look at the positive side of this one.
