Hi Ty Cat Mac, People sell for different reasons. Just because someone paid 28 cents it doesn't mean they won't sell for a lower price. The price action with CEL is that it's usually sold into with one of these drilling updates. I won't be selling mine and agree this should turn out to be a great investment. It's just going to be a long time before it matures into a great investment.
