    Sadly agree, I think the board is trying to make this happen. Is it better than waiting 2 years, or risking losing it all? Given we have no idea whats ahead, it may be.

    My only hope is that the company has announced it early to give other interested parties some time to crunch their numbers. Better announcing now rather than waiting for all to have their pens poised to sign.
