Do you really get the sense this is an initial bid? The language from the ann sounds like the company is keen to put it in front of shareholders asap. If the company was not agreeable to the offer, I reckon they would have implied as much in the ann. Probably the company has been negotiating with yintai over recent weeks, and this is where it landed
