No sure how this is price sensitive, unless its coming out of TH today….anyhoo.
I think its a shot across the bows, the first offer was always going to be low ball, why pay more if you can get away with it.
Hopefully the guy with 20 million options has something up their sleeve.
The board are not pushing it either.
