Why not sell 1/5 of your shares at now .036 if you qualify for the offer and don't want to increase your holding in dollar terms.
You can then claim the 1 for 4 with your 4/5 at .03 and be in front by 20% for the parcel.
At the same time you will be assisting BLG by adding those dollars to the capital raise.
