Im sure you could correct me if wrong there.. 2 But lets say you are right. If you believe its a pipe Where is it? Up and over the wall? I cant see it in any photos. Through the wall? How do you have a pipe through the wall thats going to stop sea pressure from coming in and flooding the mine? Built 40 years ago. If I understood him right its possibly like he said a small tunnl, Possibly on top of the sea wall under the bridge for the top two meters of tide. My table is 2m..
