I'd say it's retailers selling (stupidly I agree), but it's that time of year that people rebalance there books/portfolio/tax loss/etc. I don't think much will change until the new FY, although the MRE is due in the next couple,of weeks, that will spice things up.
I can't do all the buying myself, feel free TSO holders to help me out, I'm getting low on bullets! haha
The resource size is only getting bigger, remember that loose hands and the impatient.
