There areany reasons behind why stock price would move up or down. There are macro environment in play which left alot of investor sitting on the fence my self included thus I have mentioned invest within comfortable level. This isn't the only stock moving side ways or down wards so we shouldn't address them too individually. Like the saying of rise in tide float all boats.Ppl loses patience over time and chase after soemthing more profitable in short term. We often see stock move up when crypto gets hammered.
At the end of the day we are responsible for our choices.
To be honest I am comfortable with how sp is moving. If the deal gets delayed so be it. There is nothing of certain in this world.
