I already shared the gist of it. Would be an outrageous violation of trust on my part to share the actual correspondence on a public forum. As I said before, he said nothing specific about anything. But on retrospect, it’s pretty obvious this offer has been a work in progress for some time (i.e., not unsolicited or out of the blue), at least that’s my reading of it
