It is good to see that one market authority is taking it role seriously and providing shareholders with appropriate protections.

Again CLE are putting out unsubstantiated rumours, they are only saying there is a roadmap to being reinstated not whether they are capable of fulfilling this.

On a seperate topic, I see that Mountainbike has taken up my position of chief CLE/CFE critic. There is a horrible history here, take a look at Frank Timis, Mark Ashurst and Tony Sage shareholder money shuffle from early last year. I am sure that this Austrian bunch would have actually done something to investigate this.
