Some fresh thoughts on our LDA agreement.
I've always been positive on it, breaks the usual 30% decrease on CR's.(for ASX)
Was the whip hand with LDA when they only sold $11M worth of shares during the last call......leaving 8M or so of shares unsold?
Did they pressure us in to the amended agreement?
Given the NASA and RENESAS announcements, could we not have completed our obligations to LDA on a trot in early January ???
