    Who's taking all these shares and what's their (If any) personal relationship to the directors. That's what the real question is. Otherwise I guess this is just a bunch guys who can't run a publicly listed company properly and have no bankroll management. Either way it sucks. For me this is currently at the status of Nigerian lottery ticket.
